Helen O’Flinn is the Managing Director of the Bio Energy Academy of Dublin and is the lead lecturer for Theta Healing® training. Helen teaches across a wide range of energy healing modalities. Helen has worked with Theta Healing® for over 10 years and has supported clients to achieve lasting life-changing results in the areas of health, wellness, relationships, career, family connectedness, financial abundance, career development, personal growth and so much more. Training to be a Theta Healing® Practitioner brings a deep awareness to the impact of how our belief systems can either help us thrive or limit us. Our upbringing along with culture, society, family and school can shape the belief systems that we live our lives by. Theta Healing® supports us to identify where we are holding limiting programming within our subconsciious mind.
