Siobhán runs the Tree of Life Holistic Health and Learning Centre in Co. Offaly

She graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 1998 with a BSc. Honours Degree in Clinical Speech and Language Studies and has worked as a Speech and Language Therapist for the past 15 years.

Siobhan graduated as a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2012 with a Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition and has since been working in private practice treating both children and adults. Siobhan has a huge interest in the link between nutrition and brain function and specialises in treating children with learning difficulties.

Siobhán has a great interest in energy medicine and has completed further studies, including Hidden Mind Sound Correction Therapist.  Touch For Health Kinesiology and Autonomic Response Testing (A.R.T.).

Organs and brief outline of functions, Overview of macro and micro-nutrients. Issues relevant to digestion- mind set /timing of meals etc.The mouth,digestion issues in the digestive tract.

2. The Digestive Process.

The stomach/Digestion and issues related to same. General tips for maintaining optimum function or addressing issues related to this area.
Discussion of foods/ supplements particularly relevant to healthy functioning in this area.

3. The Importance of Intestinal Health.

The small and large Intestine and how they function. How they relate to the liver and pancreas. Gut Flora/ immune system.

4. Nutrition and the Brain.

Principles of healthy eating. Whole foods diet/ dietary approaches
Food for the brain.
